Autoreply and Filtering
Clarinet has the facilities to generate 'vacation' and other messages for our clients. These messages are generated in response to an e-mail and are automatic replies to senders. The content and frequency of responses can be customised. A typical 'vacation' message service sends back only 1 response a week to each individual correspondan: the first e-mail in each 7 day period gets a response so as not to flood the correspondent with the same information. In addition to simple vacation messages more complex filtering and actions can be generated in response to e-mails including duplicating and archiving.
